Verse Telecom Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd., incorporated in 2002, is a leading independent Tower Infrastructure Services Company providing world-class passive telecom infrastructure products and allied services to Indian Telecom Networks.

Verse operates as an IP-1 licensee and provides infrastructure products on a Build-Lease-Operate basis. Our products include state-of-the-art, future-ready telecom infra solutions with efficient deployment capability PAN India, including Jammu & Kashmir and the North Eastern states.

Corporate History Note: Verse Telecom Infrastructure Private Ltd was formerly known as Aster Infrastructure Private Limited, pursuant to a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon Change of Name issued by the Registrar of Companies w.e.f. 9th August 2010.
